The Opportunity RIVA is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to provide continual service improvement input to advance ITIL maturity specifically around Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, and Release Management processes.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate will ideally be experienced in interfacing with both contractors and government employees.
Responsibilities
Work with Service Asset & Configuration Management and Asset Management teams to deliver expanded Discovery functionality
Developing and delivering customized portal web pages in ServiceNow
Managing CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration
Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, in ServiceNow
Responsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades
Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for team and users
Utilize ServiceNow Import Templates for the loading of data
Data entry from source documents into ServiceNow database
Data extract from ServiceNow into Import Template format or other formats for reporting
Qualifications
Required:
US Citizen
BA/BS with:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with creating reports, dashboards, and views for various data consumers.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with incident resolution testing.
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Ability to configure and implement no code update sets (e.g. update picklists, non-workflow related updates to service requests)
Full knowledge of security groups and user administration
Desired
ITIL v4 - Foundation
Previous Federal experience is highly desired
ServiceNow EAM or ITAM experience
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
