Gauntlet is seeking a Product Marketing Lead for our vaults and curated strategies. We want an active trader, yield farmer, and overall crypto native degen. You will own the marketing strategy and execution for vault products on Morpho, Aera, Drift Protocol, dYdX, Symbiotic, and others. We want someone highly collaborative who works alongside content, product, BD, and other teams to plan the GTM via inbound marketing, develop vault strategy messaging for target users, and execute experiments across marketing channels to drive TVL growth, retention, and client success. You bring a growth marketing toolkit to the table, which includes optimizing content and social marketing for conversion, measuring experiment performance, and iterating fast.
You are familiar with various DeFi yield opportunities across EVM, Solana, and other ecosystems. You follow market narratives and metas and you’re terminally online on CT, Farcaster, and governance forums. You understand how risk-adjusted returns impact vault strategies and how to market these products to various target client profiles. This may include institutions, allocators of different sizes, and sophisticated on-chain consumers. You’ve led marketing for a DeFi protocol or exchange. You’re experienced in ecosystem and community co-marketing, B2B SaaS sales cycles, and attribution.

The national pay range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 plus additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for a company of our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
