Compensation
USD13 - 15/hour.

What makes you a strong candidate:
  • You are proficient in Java, product management, Jira and Scrum.  
  • Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with the company’s goals and market needs.
• Ensure the product strategy addresses customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Ensure the roadmap is communicated clearly to stakeholders and aligns with company priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and development effort.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ensure that the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience by working with UX designers and conducting usability testing.
• Incorporate user feedback to continually improve the product experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform product decisions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a successful rollout.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strat.
