Our firm is currently seeking a full-time, Remote, Criminal Defense Attorney in the Tampa Bay area.

Only individuals residing in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida are currently being considered for this position.

Position Title: Criminal Defense Attorney (Remote)

Location: Remote within the Tampa Bay Metro Area

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000/year

Requirements

Former prosecutor or public defender preferred, but not required
Minimum 3+ years of experience handling criminal law cases
Florida Bar license required
Strong understanding of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure
Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with clients
Ability to manage a full caseload
Must have criminal trial experience
Ability to develop case specific legal strategies to best advocate for our clients
