Your mission
- Integration of payment solutions into internal systems, websites, and apps using APIs
- Support in payment-related decision-making for new projects
- Analysis of transaction data, identification of patterns, and detection of potential issues or fraud attempts
- Identification and resolution of payment issues, both technical and operational
- Act as the central point of contact for our payment service providers
- Development of a payment solutions strategy for the nextbike group
- Coordination with the Finance, Marketing, and IT departments to ensure alignment in payment processes, customer requirements and product development
