Job Description
The selected individual is expected to:
Serve as the primary contact for new students, assisting them through the course selection process.
Effectively manage and track leads in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Utilize both inbound and outbound sales techniques to engage students and guide them to appropriate courses.
Build strong relationships with prospective students, understanding their needs and motivations.
Work with a team to meet and exceed sales goals, driving success both individually and collectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored, expert advice to students.
Continuously follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
Minimum of5 yearsof sales experience, with phone sales experience being highly desirable.
Proven track record of success in a high-performance sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist and build relationships with others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for sales and a keen interest in the education sector.
Motivated by achieving financial success and team goals.
Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Monday, Slack, Calendy (training will be provided).
Experience in the education sector or similar industries is a plus.
