- Originate and process mortgage loan applications from various sources, including referrals, real estate professionals, and existing clients.
- Guide borrowers through the loan application process, explaining the different options and helping them choose the right mortgage product.
- Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending standards.
- Maintain communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan approval and closing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and loan product offerings.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and loan guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in industry-specific software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active NMLS license required.
- Looking for a minimum of 10 Mortgage Loan Originators*
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
