Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams (product, engineering, and customer success).
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, goals, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather detailed requirements.
  • Prepare solution proposals and technical architecture documentation that addresses customer needs.

Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions tailored to customer environments (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid).
  • Leverage industry best practices and in-depth technical knowledge to ensure solutions align with the customer's IT infrastructure and long-term goals.
  • Provide detailed architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation for customer deployment.

Deployment Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for onboarding, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and key deliverables.
  • Lead the technical implementation and configuration of the solution, ensuring smooth deployment from development to production environments.
  • Oversee or assist with software installation, configuration, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruptions to the customer’s business operations.
  • Ensure all security, compliance, and best practices are followed during deployment.

Customer Onboarding & Training:

  • Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring customers are comfortable with the solution and its capabilities.
  • Provide training to customers and internal teams on the features, capabilities, and best practices of the deployed solution.
  • Develop training materials and user guides tailored to the customer's specific use case.
  • Support the customer through the onboarding process, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and proactive problem-solving.

Post-Deployment Support & Optimization:

  • Ensure that customers have successfully adopted the solution and are achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to gather feedback and assess the overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support during the post-deployment phase, assisting customers with optimization, scaling, and enhancements as necessary.
  • Work with the product and engineering teams to resolve any post-deployment issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment across all aspects of the customer journey.
  • Document key learnings and share best practices internally to help improve customer onboarding processes.

  • Contribute to the creation of solution templates, deployment frameworks, and reusable assets to improve efficiency for future customers.



Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, IT consulting, or systems integration.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, security, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in enterprise software applications, databases, APIs, and integration tools.
  • Experience with deployment automation tools and processes (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of customer business goals, with the ability to design solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Ability to deliver customer training, support, and presentations effectively.
  • Project Management:
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects from initiation to completion, including managing resources, timelines, and risks.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex technical issues during deployment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product, support).
  • Experience working in agile or similar iterative development environments.
