Business Analyst Collections Benelux | Santander Consumer Finance SA

We’re expanding the data- and projects-team of the collections department and we’re looking for a junior/medior business analyst, who is ready for a next step and wants to help improving our processes regarding the collections processes.
What will you do?
You will have a key role in a variety of projects, and you will work closely together with business, data and IT to turn ideas into tangible improvements.
You will analyze business processes to spot opportunities, develop a plan how to implement these ideas and shape them into permanent improvements.
Projects you may work on are generating attractive dashboards to share data-insights, optimizing processes to reduce administrative work, initiating pilots to investigate the impact of your ideas and translating these improvements into requirements for the IT-team to make it happen.
You also collaborate with our external parties, like call centers, in these optimization projects.
What will you bring?
You are an analytical team player with excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders. Next to that, you’re a self-starter and have no trouble developing a project plan and specifying requirements for the IT team. Due to your organizational skills and your proven stakeholder management, you turn projects into a success!
You have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (2+ years)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong collaborator
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
