Responsibilities:
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, deconstructing technical issues where needed so development can quickly understand the issue, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout sprints by prioritizing backlog, answering questions and resolving challenges.
Lead weekly agile meetings with development teams to clarify requirements and refine user stories.
Represent the Product team in daily standup meetings and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance the product development process.
Translate product briefs and requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for internal and 3rd-party development teams.
Interact daily with Customer Success, Documentation, Product, DevOps & Development
Requirements:
Hands-on/code-level experience with .NET or PHP development is required. Minimum 2-4 years experience.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and APIs.
Experience working with technical teams on highly complex projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and working with remote teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical teams and stakeholders. Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues to Devs and issue status to Customer Success teams.
Experience creating enablement artifacts such as release notes and training materials.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
