Your Mission:
The Account Lead, Solutions is an external role, responsible for leading client relationships to ensure successful strategy, design, and implementation of complex marketing solutions, including Customer Data Platforms and data/analytics.
The Account Lead is primarily responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring that they are aligned with the client's objectives. They are also responsible for acting as the matrixed team lead for delivery of these solutions across a variety of project scopes - from consultation and strategy to hands-on implementation. The Account Lead, Solutions, will also be expected to do hands-on work as needed.

The Account Lead, Solutions is an external role, responsible for leading client relationships to ensure successful strategy, design, and implementation of complex marketing solutions and systems stacks.
The Account Lead is primarily responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring that they are aligned with the client's objectives. They are also responsible for acting as the matrixed team lead for delivering these solutions across various project scopes - from consultation and strategy to hands-on implementation. The Account Lead, Solutions, will also be expected to do hands-on work as needed.
This role will be supported by a matrixed team, including a project manager, solution architects, data engineers, analysts, and other specialists depending on the project type.
The Account Lead, Solutions, will be experienced across a full Marketing Tech Stack. This includes Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), data warehousing and lakes, marketing analytics, and business intelligence.
The Account Lead, Solutions will guide implementations and train client teams on best practices and how to activate and generate ROI from their technology investment.
Data will be used to create transparency in everything the Account Lead, Solutions, does. Client recommendations and results will be backed up with data to prove value.
