Job description

The Company

Our Client prides itself in providing excellent elderly care service and post-hospitalisation recovery, which includes specialized care; dementia, stroke, cancer care and palliative care. They are supported by a team of highly trained and dedicated nurses, therapists & caregivers and a proprietary technology system. Their suite of services includes private care in the comforts of your home, premium assisted living facilities in Klang Valley and in Penang.

They now seek to hire a mature/ retired candidates as customer service representatives on a part-time basis to help manage their growing pool of clients.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and consistent customer service support
Ensure proper follow through on enquiries/ requests

Requirements

Must be able to work on weekends/ public holidays, on a rotating shift basis
Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are essential.
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Benefits

RM1,500 for 3 days of work per week / total 12 days per month, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
Successful candidates may have the option to work from home subject to work demands.

Salary: Negotiable
