Your Role: Building Connections, Driving Results

As our Delegate Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting senior executives to attend our exclusive events. Your mission: inspire leaders to embrace a refreshing alternative to typical trade shows while building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • 🎯 Target and recruit senior executives to attend our premier events.
  • πŸš€ Lead the sales journey from outreach to close, cultivating lasting relationships.
  • πŸ” Research and strategically approach top prospects.
  • πŸ’‘ Clearly communicate the unique value of our events.
  • 🌐 Utilize social media platforms to amplify outreach.
  • πŸ“Š Manage and refine our CRM for effective follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 🌟 4+ years of sales experience, with a talent for relationship building.
  • πŸ” Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms for prospecting.
  • πŸ’¬ Exceptional communication skills.
  • πŸ’» Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • 🀝 Collaborative and self-motivated in a remote team environment.
  • ✈️ Willingness to travel up to 3 times a year to our events in destinations like Napa, Palm Springs, and Miami Beach.
