| About This Role

Job Purpose

ソフトウェアの品質を上げると共に、テスト期間の短縮のニーズが増加するなか、ノーコードで自動化が可能な、Autifyを選択する企業が増えています。一方で、基本設計書、詳細設計書が明確ではないため、自動化を取り入れようにも、テスト設計がままならない案件が多数あり、自動化テストの導入以前に、手動テスト分野での、設計～テスト～品質分析、品質向上の提案を求められるケースが多数存在します。そこで、Autifyの製品群を軸に、顧客システムの品質向上のプロジェクトを任せられるメンバーを募集します。

Responsibilities

顧客先の開発案件に対して、テストチームの一員として、当社のQA Consultantと顧客間で合意された計画に基づき、自動化テストのシナリオ構築、Autifyを用いて自動テストの構築を行ってもらいますが、手動でのテスト設計、テスト実行も行っていただきます。

・テスト計画作成〜設計、実施、完了の推進と情報共有
・ハンズオンでのテスト自動化プロジェクトの推進

※クライアントの要望により常駐案件もあり


Required Qualifications
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力 (JLPT N1相当)
  • テスト設計・実施のご経験(目安:2年以上)
    • ※当社が考える目安：テストレベル、テストタイプを理解し、他者が作成したテスト設計書のレビューのご経験がある方

    Preferred Qualifications
  • JSTQB Foundation Level 以上を保持
  • 単体テスト、結合テスト等のコードベースでのテスト実装経験
  • JavaScriptを用いたコーディングスキル
  • Autify、Playwright、Magicpod、Selenium、Cypress、Appiumなどを用いたE2Eテスト自動化経験
  • 因子水準表を用いたテスト設計や、テストチャーターを書き、探索的テストの実施のご経験
  • 第三者検証会社等でのクライアントワーク経験
  • 事業自社もしくは第三者検証会社での品質管理プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
