Candidate must have Experience in design & implementation Knowledge of M365 Migrations from On prem to Online and Tenant to Tenant using both native & 3 rd party tool.
SME knowledge of Exchange & outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019
PowerShell scripting for Exchange/ Exchange Online
Experience of HA clustering solutions and management of uptime
Resource monitoring experience on a real time basis to maintain High Availability
Mail Routing troubleshooting engaging with multiple partner systems and owning the progress of resolutions across outside domains.
Migration from Exchange 2010 to 2013/2016/2019.
Migration & Transformation of Exchange on-premises to M365 Exchange Online.
Patching Exchange servers, vulnerability fix.
Familiar with email gateway solutions like Mimecast, Proofpoint, Symantec, CISCO Iron Port etc.
Experience on Journaling & Archiving solution.
Understanding of email security principles relating to Exchange environments
Skype for Business Server/Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Intune
Experience of an ITIL managed environment
Active directory/Azure AD, MS Defender, Security & Compliance

To provide support for internal & external customers in resolution of configuration issues & queries
Liaison with Internal and External agencies in the pursuance of Fault Finding, configuration tasks. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves moderately complex problems with business communication systems.
Escalate and work with OEM TAC for getting the issues fixed.
