We are looking for a passionate and proactive Community Manager to foster a thriving community around our cutting-edge AI and Spatial Computing technologies. As a Community Manager, you will be the face of our company, engaging with our users, gathering valuable feedback, and driving initiatives to create a vibrant and inclusive community experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with our community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and events, to build strong relationships and foster a sense of belonging
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive adoption, encourage user-generated content, and promote meaningful interaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align community initiatives with company goals and user needs
Monitor, analyse, and report on community metrics and sentiment, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Serve as a liaison between our community and internal teams, advocating for user needs and ensuring their voices are heard
Plan and host community events, both online and offline, to bring users together, showcase their work, and celebrate their achievements
Create and curate compelling content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and newsletters, to educate and inspire our community
Manage and moderate community channels, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all users
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a tech-related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with diverse audiences
Proven track record of driving community growth, engagement, and retention
Passion for AI, Spatial Computing, and emerging technologies, with a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends
Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different channels and audiences
Analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from community data and metrics
Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
Experience with community management tools, such as Discourse, Slack, and social media platforms
