Your mission

Management of endpoint (client) environments
Setup of Intune, Defender for Endpoint- Operation of the environments
Problem analyses
Packaging
Patch management
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender essential
Customisation and implementation of device guidelines and policies
2nd level support of the management solutions used, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
Participation in decisions regarding workplace devices, processes and policies
Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
Collaboration in IT projects that affect the workplace

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
Several years of experience with client management solutions, in particular Microsoft Intune
High level of communication skills and self-motivation, independent working style, customer-oriented mindset and confident demeanour
Cross-architectural knowledge in the Windows environment is advantageous
Basic ITSM knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification an advantage)
Good knowledge of project management methods as an employee or work package manager in projects
Good knowledge of automating tasks with Microsoft Powershell
Knowledge of the administration of Apple devices is an advantage
Good knowledge of trouble ticket systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
Good knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
