What’s Code94 Labs? Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.

Whom we’re looking for? We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at Code94 Labs. If you have a passion for leading teams, managing projects, and delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
Effectively communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate team meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and retrospectives, to drive collaboration and alignment.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
Experience in working with enterprise scale projects.
The flexibility to participate in work meetings during different time zones.
Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to project management.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
If done a dual role , it would be an added qualification.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
