The Role

The vision of our Link data application family is to connect life sciences with healthcare professionals to improve research and care. The HCP Data team is the internal product that caters to all customer-facing external products for the Veeva Link suite of products. The Manager is responsible for leading 11+ different streams and managing a team of 8+ leads, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders across product management, data science, engineering.
 
You should be a university graduate with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive learner, and interested in building a long-lasting career in an international, hypergrowth tech company. You should have a strong track record in developing people and processes with a strong understanding of data. We care about a great cultural fit; you should enjoy working at speed in multi-cultural teams. What You'll Do
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring clear communication, engagement, and alignment toward shared goals
  • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of Veeva Link products and initiatives
  • Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements to enhance product performance with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage transitions in people, processes, and technology to adapt to evolving business needs and ensure seamless integration
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of HCP data across all streams, supporting data-driven decision-making and product reliability

  • Requirements
  • University degree in an analytical or technical field, e.g., bioinformatics, computer science, applied mathematics
  • 8+ years working experience in data analysis or data quality
  • Confident spreadsheet user (pivot tables, nested formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • People Management (Past experience of leading large team, preferably 300+ with 5+ direct reports)

  • Work experience in core operations, preferably BPO
  • Data analysis tools (KNIME)
  • Database technologies (Redshift, NoSQL/MongoDB)
