Superlanet is currently recruiting for anSenior Epic Stork Analyst for a healthcare organization in Oregon. This position will be a full time, direct hire position, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate will specialize in Epic's ClinDoc and Stork applications and supporting the EMR infrastructure. The candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining essential modules and data systems within a clinical environment.
Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of the Epic System.
Leads projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives; Mentors team and assists manager/supervisor in prioritizing work within given area of expertise.
Provides input into developing standards and requirements for new products/services and assists in assuring that new purchases fall within this structure.
Responsible for maintaining the integrity of multiple systems, solves complex problems, and works independently; receives minimal guidance.
Works with internal and external stakeholders for analysis and design of quality clinical build while considering vendor best practice recommendations, strategic organizational alignment, value to the customer, return on investment, maintenance considerations, and alternate solutions.
Follows and coaches the team to adhere to standards for internal build, build documentation, and build change processes to assure consistency with build requirements and system stability; Provides required business and/or technical support for both project and production-related activities.
Ability to be on call 1 week per month.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care preferred OR eight years related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience (four years of experience will be substituted for an associate's degree and eight years of experience will be substituted for a bachelor's degree).
Minimum of six (6) years of Epic related experience required.
Epic ClinDoc certification required.
Kaizen basics course within first year of employment; base understanding of Lean preferred.
Additional Epic Certifications in one or more of the following modules preferred: Stork, Inpatient Orders, Bugsy, ASAP, or Reporting Workbench.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills; solid communication skills, both oral and written; ability to work in department and interdepartmentally to articulate ideas, negotiate resolution of issues, and achieve objectives.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, and assigned applications and technologies; experience with IT Service Management tools preferred.
Benefits
$115k - $125k, negotiable based on experience. Ability to be on call 1 week per month.
