Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about optimizing processes and driving success? Were looking for a Business Analyst to support our Sales and Operations teams. In this role, you'll create and manage templates, document and refine processes, maintain SOPs, generate actionable reports, and provide administrative support.

If you have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools like CRM platforms, Spreadsheets, and Google Workspace, and at least 3 years of experience, wed love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clients: Lead insightful discussions to understand needs, identify opportunities, and present clear, impactful solutions.
  • Document & Improve Processes: Refine workflows from internal teams and clients for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop SOPs: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Analyze & Report: Compile data to generate actionable reports that support decision-making.
  • Support Training: Provide training and onboarding support to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Share expertise with internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless adoption of improved processes.
  • Optimize Workflows: Design and improve processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and meet objectives.

Requirements

  • Business English Proficiency: Confidence and professionalism in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality, Process Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Contact Center environment is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Lucidchart or Miro for process mapping, as well as CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage
