Vytis and Zygis, co-founders of Eneba, are avid gamers themselves. Their story began in the early 2000s, sharing a dorm room. Students being students, they spent countless nights playing StarCraft, Lineage II, WarCraft, Heroes III, Command & Conquer, Civilization, FIFA, NBA, NukeZone, Counter-Strike, and Doom to name a few ;)
And, actually, most of the early business ideas came to them while gaming. Fast forward through a couple of companies built and a lot of learning, our co-founders decided to circle back to what sparked entrepreneurship in them - gaming! That’s how we came about. Eneba was born in 2018.

About the team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity. None of our day-to-day activities could do without either of those, as we build the strong, fun, and trustworthy Eneba brand. Gamers are fast adopters, and we move even faster to create deep-rooted, long-lasting relationships with our users. Our community inspires us and we do our best to continuously deliver on the goal of building and bringing all local gaming communities under one global roof.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance-based SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, incorporating the latest AI and SEO methodologies.
Lead the SEO growth team, forming a clear quarterly roadmap and goals inline with the wider business strategy, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Innovate and implement new SEO content, features, and functionalities to penetrate organic search in global markets.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to integrate SEO objectives into broader business strategies and initiatives.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for SEO projects, ensuring efficiency and impact.
Recruit and provide mentorship, lead performance, and career conversations to nurture talent and build a strong team dynamic.
Forecast trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to improve SEO rankings and visibility.
Regularly report on SEO growth and strategy, offering insights on performance and future direction.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a dynamic multi-regional e-commerce environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful, performance-driven SEO strategies with a demonstratable impact on business goals.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing a high-output SEO department or team.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in leveraging both traditional analytics and AI-driven tools like Ahrefs, MixPanel & SimillarWeb for discovery and performance.
Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and demonstrate defined ROAS outcomes on SEO initiatives.
High proficiency in cross-functional collaboration working alongside technology and product teams to integrate SEO best practices in XFN projects.
Forward-thinking approach, with a strong emphasis on forecasting SEO trends, digital marketing innovations, and technological advancements.
Commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture within the SEO growth team.
