About your team
We are the Marketing Team. We are driving growth in a sustainable way with the aim to become the leading marketplace for gamers. We obsess over merging data driven optimisation, entertainment and creativity. Responsibilities
Develop overarching business objectives for the commercial content hub, setting clear KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversions, and affiliate partnerships).
Track article and affiliate performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, revenue), creating forecasts and adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
Design, implement, analyze A/B tests, iterate, and innovate performance elements to optimize landing pages, and maximize affiliate content conversions.
Collaborate with affiliate partners to negotiate higher commissions, access exclusive product offers, and coordinate promotional campaigns.
Identify new revenue opportunities and product angles, recommending promotional strategies and partnerships to grow margins.
Work alongside the SEO Manager, marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure a seamless user journey and consistent brand presentation.
Prepare regular commercial performance reports for leadership, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas needing improvement.
Anticipate potential challenges (e.g., market shifts, competitor moves) and devise strategies for scaling successful content initiatives to new horizontals & verticals.
Requirements
Proven experience in building and scaling commercial content projects, setting revenue-driven goals and successfully implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Strong ability to interpret data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics & MixPanel) and build forecast roadmaps.
Hands-on experience running A/B tests and implementing CRO best practices, with a focus on improving conversion rates and ROI.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, commission structures, and negotiation tactics that drive profitable partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects, manage budgets, and multiple stakeholders, to meet projected deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to align teams, present insights, and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal departments.
A forward-thinking mindset to conduct competitor research, spot emerging commercial opportunities, pivot strategies quickly, and utilize trends.
Passion and knowledge of the gaming ecosystem, including trends, market demands, and consumer behaviors that shape buying decisions.
