Job description

be one solutions is a global ERP partner specializing in successful worldwide blueprints, implementations, and support. Headquartered in Switzerland, we have local experts across 30+ countries helping businesses of all sizes taking their ERP implementations to the next level!
We are currently looking for French-speaking AMS Consultant to be part of AMS EMEA team!

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.
  • Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage.
Requirements and qualifications

Experience:
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-ons.
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation.
  • Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
  • Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades.
  • Strong IT consulting background.
  • Manufacturing background - Advantage.
Technical Skills:
  • SAP B1.
  • MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
  • Knowledge on deployments in Cloud environment.
Language skills:
  • English: Excellent (written and spoken).
  • French: Excellent (written and spoken),
Personal Skills:
  • Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities.
  • Service and customer orientation – Mandatory.
