Job description

This is a remote position.

Small Business Management firm seeking a virtual bookkeeper.

Must be experienced in all phases of United States-based bookkeeping.

Role Purpose:

To maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and

posting transactions.

Duties are, but not limited to:

Recording financial transactions
Conduct monthly account reconciliations
Documenting transaction details
Putting together financial reports when required
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
Fact-checking account data
Notify senior staff of any accounting errors and issues
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Requirements

United States full-cycle bookkeeping experience (at least 2 years), analyzing information, dealing with complexity, reporting research results, data entry skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Drive.

System Requirements:

Must possess a fully functioning and operational computer (Laptop or Desktop), and stable high-quality internet service.
