The opportunity:

We are looking for a technically minded individual with a relevant engineering degree combined with significant experience in Heavy Civils, Marine Construction, Water and Utilities industry projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (ready to step up) or Senior Project Engineer intending to work with the mentoring of the Senior delivery team to progress into Project Management of future projects.

Scope:

As part of the delivery team, you'll be involved in tendering and on-site construction deliverables. The project is a complex infrastructure venture involving Marine Structures, Tunneling, and Heavy Civil works.

This multibillion-dollar iconic project will change the face of our City for many years to come increasing the mobility of its citizens.

What you'll need:

Civil Engineering Degree
Australian project experience
Local or overseas experience in the delivery of Marine Civil Construction
Experience in construction delivery with a tier-one or two contractor
Exceptional attitude towards safety systems and processes
Excellent QA
Ability to hold high-level client meetings
Sub-contractor supervision
Programming and cost control
Team leadership and mentoring of junior engineers
A one-team approach where everyone has each other's backs and advocates healthy working relationships and mental health well-being
