Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Mobile Device Manager with expertise in Intune to oversee mobile device and application management for enterprise clients. This role requires deep knowledge of Intune’s features and functionalities and the ability to implement secure and efficient mobile solutions for organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Develop and enforce mobile device management (MDM) policies.
  • Secure corporate data on mobile devices using Intune’s security and compliance features.
  • Manage Azure AD joined devices, including BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) setups, ensuring secure access while allowing users to download necessary data on their local devices.
  • Implement and enforce advanced attack surface reduction strategies to minimize potential vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize Intune’s capabilities to monitor and restrict data sharing, prevent data loss, and enhance overall device compliance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of device management with existing security and identity solutions for comprehensive protection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrolment, compliance, and app deployment.
  • Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Intune capabilities and MDM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
  • Strong understanding of MDM and Mobile Application Management (MAM) principles.
  • Knowledge of compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS in an enterprise setting.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
