Overview:
Audits multiple HRS products bank detail to ensure any imbalances are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Utilizes established processes and procedures to initiate the research and resolution of each audit issue.
When necessary assigns issues to partner business units and monitors completion of the issues.
Job Responsibilities:
Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of various HRS products in the Risk Management Portfolio and their corresponding systems.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Operational areas' current processes and procedures and networks with the areas continually.
Researches imbalances timely on multiple products and takes action in order to resolve the discrepancy while also determining the root cause of the imbalance.
Works with external strategic partners as well as internal Operations areas and the field to aid in issue resolution while recommending process improvements.
Applies sound judgment when approving transactions and researching imbalances escalates issues appropriately and evaluates the financial and operational impact before making a decision.
Performs daily processing functions and compiles periodic reports

Job Requirements:
Associates Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Access is required.
