As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life through visually engaging 3D animations. Your role will include transforming 2D logos into dynamic 3D assets, designing and rigging low-poly 3D models, and executing animations that captivate audiences. You will also play a vital role in shaping the visual style and color palette of animations to ensure they align with project goals and meet client expectations.

Conceptualize and Design 3D Animations: Transform creative ideas into polished 3D visuals, developing animations that align with project goals and reflect brand aesthetics.
Reproduce 2D Logos in 3D: Convert 2D logos and brand elements into dynamic 3D designs, adding depth, texture, and movement to enhance visual impact and brand presence.
Create and Rig Low-Poly 3D Models: Design and model low-poly 3D assets optimized for animation, ensuring both visual appeal and rendering efficiency.
Animate and Execute 3D Visuals: Bring 3D models to life through smooth, lifelike animations that create a strong visual impression while ensuring fluid motion and seamless transitions.
Creative Coloring and Texturing: Apply thoughtful color schemes, textures, and lighting to 3D assets, enhancing the visual storytelling and ensuring a polished final product.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with directors, designers, and other creatives to ensure the animation meets the project’s creative vision and technical specifications.
Iterate and Improve Animations: Refine animations based on feedback, adjusting timing, fluidity, and visual quality to enhance the final product.
Maintain Technical Accuracy: Ensure animations and 3D models are technically precise, optimized for performance, and delivered in the correct formats for various platforms.

Requirements

Strong skill set and knowledge of Blender 3D Animation Software typically acquired over 2+ years of professional use.
Working knowledge of one or more of the following programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
Excellent creativity and originality
Ability to work in a variety of artistic styles · Superior working knowledge of the principles of animation · Superior graphic design skills
Superior color sense, application, and animation
