Manager, Training & Education - US
Overview
The Training and Education Manager at Constellation Kidney Group (CKG) is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing client and internal training programs that drive successful software adoption, client satisfaction, and support Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Reporting to the CRO/Head of Revenue - US, this role ensures that both clients and internal teams are fully equipped to use CKG’s solutions effectively, supporting client retention and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Training Program Development
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs, ensuring effective onboarding and product usage.
Continuously refine training materials to reflect product updates, feature releases, and client feedback.
Client Feature Adoption
Drive client adoption of new product features through targeted training sessions, ensuring clients maximize the value of CKG’s solutions.
Collaborate with professional services and client engagement teams to support expansion opportunities by promoting additional features and services.
Client Engagement Support for Key Accounts
Serve as a trusted advisor for key accounts, providing tailored training and engagement support to ensure their continued success.
Proactively monitor and address key account needs, fostering strong relationships that promote retention and growth.
Act as an escalation point for training-related inquiries or challenges for strategic clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Ongoing Education and Support
Provide ongoing educational resources and refresher courses to help clients stay up to date with new features and best practices.
Develop self-service training materials, including videos, user guides, and webinars, to support continuous learning.
Internal Training
Client Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Incorporate client feedback into training programs to improve content quality and relevance.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through client satisfaction surveys and adjust materials accordingly.
Requirements / Work Experience
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, healthcare management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in training and education, client engagement, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
Skills and Expertise:
Proven ability to design, deliver, and manage training programs for clients and internal teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials and presentations.
Proficiency in developing self-service resources, such as user guides, videos, and webinars.
Experience in collecting and incorporating feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of training programs through satisfaction surveys and performance metrics.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with eLearning platforms, content development tools, and virtual training technologies.
Knowledge of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management software is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Dialysis Industry Experience: Strongly preferred, either in a clinical or billing capacity.
Understanding of the unique needs and workflows within dialysis centers is highly advantageous.
Prior experience with healthcare SaaS products or similar technology solutions.
Work Environment:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated and highly organized, with a track record of delivering results independently and as part of a team.
Along with the base pay, this role is eligible for variable commission incentives as well as annual bonus opportunities based on performance metrics such as client satisfaction, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and the success of internal training programs.

FLSA Designation (US Only):
Exempt
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
