To continue the successful growth, we are looking for a new Growth Consultant / Customer Success Coach / Account Manager.

You will be driving the success of amazing, ambitious entrepreneurs on a 1-1 basis in our Growth Partner Accelerator.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and proven track record of B2B business growth coaching in helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses, both those starting from scratch, as well as those with existing Product-Market Fit looking to scale further.

We’re looking for someone who’s committed to helping others achieve success by giving business advice, holding accountable to goals and expectations that are set and helping entrepreneurs overcome their biggest obstacles for growth.

Your opportunity:

- Help make our partners richer through effective advice on offer creation, marketing and sales - we coach you on how to do this, our expectation is you apply what we teach and continuously improve on it.

- Coach via 1-1, setting clear plans and holding partners accountable on the execution of them.

- Give specific feedback via slack and review their key milestones to help them continuously improve focusing on the right things that’ll make them successful.

- Drive communication and insights internally, across departments and externally to our clients. In an innovative sector like ours testing new innovations and communication is key.

Requirements

You have the experience

Doing something similar before now you’re ready to take it to the next level

You consider yourself in the top 5% of sales or marketers globally

You have experience growing businesses or consulting to high growth-businesses

You are committed helping others to achieve their goals even if it requires hard conversations

You are committed to learning and developing both technical skills and behavioural tendencies

You are excited to be around high-performers who are all working towards achieving big things

Have less than 1 year of experience in consulting or coaching, or 5 years of mid-high level business experience

Benefits

The Pay:

  • Negotiable dependent on experience and track record + 10% commission on all up-sells and cross-sells
