Ideal candidates are based in the San Francisco, Portland, or Seattle metro areas. This position offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and a company-matching 401(k).

Responsibilities
  • Maximize product usage within the existing customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute system upgrades and document these efforts systematically.
  • Track clinical usage and provide regular updates to account managers.
  • Conduct on-site applications training and serve as a subject matter expert to support customers.
  • Visit all assigned radiotherapy accounts regularly, focusing on maximizing utilization and addressing any underutilization.
  • Lead software updates and assist with regional marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM software, documenting customer interactions and case management details.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, such as presentations, evaluations, and customer meetings, as a technical expert.
  • Establish strong professional relationships with radiotherapy users in the region and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training sessions and pre-sales training for potential customers.
  • Support product demonstrations and collaborate with sales teams for key account management.
  • Assist in data collection for publications and marketing studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Background in radiation therapy, medical dosimetry, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proven track record in customer service and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in standard office software, and comfort with technology-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage project timelines.
