Job Location: Available to work On-Site, Austin, TX.

Note: This is a remote role, but candidates must be local to Austin or the surrounding areas. This role will be 100% onsite for the first two weeks for training

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage technology projects from beginning to end, using established project management methodology
Develop project scope, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, risk register, and communication plans, to manage towards project objectives
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Track and report on project milestones and deliverables
Develop and maintain business requirements and models to improve understanding about project plans and desired outcomes
Establish and maintain production calendar to effectively manage periodic and stand-along projects
Define the project success criteria and manage with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
Effectively communicate project expectations to leadership, sponsor, team members and stakeholders
Make process improvement suggestions to streamline project delivery.

Requirements

Prepares and delivers presentations to the management team, department directors, and applicable program staff	Required	4 years
Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the department work plan; meets with management staff to identify and resolve problems	Required	4 years
Suggests and implements solutions to address new or ongoing challenges	Required	4 years
Manages scope expectations with program customer and stakeholders	Required	4 years
Knowledge of Jira or similar tool for managing requirements and project milestones	Required	4 years
Exhibit strong customer friendly approach	Required	4 years
Experience with Agile methodology in an IT setting	Required	4 years
