This is a remote position.
Prospect potential clients through phone calls.
Communicate the value proposition of our client’s solutions effectively.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide necessary prospect information.
Track and report on key performance metrics.
Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets.
Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone.
Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus.
Must be presently residing in the Philippines.
