As a Technology Consultant at Red Nucleus, you will be working alongside seasoned consultants, subject matter experts, and industry specialists to ensure that all client deliverables meet customer expectations. You will be expected to actively contribute to business transformation, process optimizations, and system integrations. The role will require you to represent Red Nucleus in addressing the client’s business requirements and needs.
The projects you may be involved in and the tasks you will be given to complete will depend on the area you are working on, but general responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- System Integrations
- Master Data Management
- Data Governance, Quality, Integrity, and Validation
- IT/Business Liaison
- Project Planning and Management (PMO)
- Process Optimization
- Business Requirements (Research, Interviews, Workshops)
- Business plan and supporting information
- Strategic Plan and Roadmap development (pros and cons)
- Solution design and Implementation
- Organizational Process Improvement
- Innovative system design
- Quality and Compliance
- User Requirements Specifications
- User Acceptance Testing
- R&D Systems Validation and Implementations
- Quality and Compliance
- Metrics and KPIs
- Internal responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, budget and SOW management, contribution to marketing and Business Development and thought leadership.
About You
- A qualified candidate must be detail oriented with a high sense of self-initiative.
- Experience planning, designing, documenting, and building system integrations using an integration platform or integration hub
- Five years’ experience is preferred
- Experience with Informatica data integration tools is preferred
- Background in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Process Analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
- Interest or experience working in the life sciences industry (both business process and systems development, implementation, or deployment)
- Experience in process and user story development is a plus
- BPMN and UML knowledge is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
- Up to 50% travel may be required
