This position will cover the Front Desk in the School of Nursing, Office of the Dean. Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.
Required Qualifications
Education
An OHSU Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).
Job Related Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Computer and software experience with includes MS Word, Excel, e-mail, web-site search tools and internet skills.
Preferred Qualifications
General office experience.
High level of organization and prioritization skills, team oriented, strong public relations and customer service skills, ability to work cooperatively with academic, unclassified management and classified personnel, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Additional Details
Flexible working hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds is helpful.
