Take your ambitions to the next level
As the Director of Information Technology, Digital Adoption Division, you will manage and direct the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support services.
Lead development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems and department;
Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss;
Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure;
Analyze IT infrastructure and system performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs;
Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information;
Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and IT infrastructure;
Facilitate IT security audits or investigations;
Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers;
Represent the Digital Adoption division as an active member in the Alithya BU IT Council;
Coordinate multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP);
Hire and train IT staff;
Schedule, organize, and assign projects to members of the IT team;
Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations;
Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science;
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing an IT department;
Proficiency in the latest technology for IT systems and management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
Through understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals;
Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and boards of directors;
Excellent attention to quality, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
