The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a full-time Generalist/OB Hospitalist to join the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology faculty.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology team at Rush University Medical Center utilizes a multidisciplinary team based approach, including generalists, OB hospitalists, and sub-specialists in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecologist, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, family planning and advanced practice providers, as well as working closely with colleagues in neonatology, anesthesiology, other medical specialties, nursing and ancillary staff.
Candidates should be board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and possess a strong commitment to resident education, clinical medicine, and clinical research, in accordance with Rush’s commitment to academic excellence. This position will enjoy a strong clinical work environment in modern facilities. The candidate selected will participate in shared ob/gyn call coverage, deliveries gynecologic surgery and office practice. In addition to office practice on the main campus there are other outpatient practice locations in the Chicagoland area.
