Who You Are
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer/Infrastructure Specialist to implement and support complex IT solutions for various clients. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving abilities and operational autonomy.
What You'll Do
Implement complex IT infrastructure solutions
Perform advanced troubleshooting across diverse client environments
Execute technical tasks with a high degree of autonomy
Interact with clients to understand technical requirements and solve problems
Document technical implementations and procedures
Support other technical team members when needed
Technical Requirements:
Proven expertise in Microsoft infrastructure:
Windows Server and Active Directory
Exchange and Microsoft 365
Azure cloud services
Strong virtualization knowledge:
VMware ESX/vSphere
Microsoft Hyper-V
Solid networking experience:
TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
Routing and switching
Network design
Enterprise firewall proficiency:
Palo Alto
Fortinet
Barracuda
Cisco ASA
Backup and disaster recovery solutions:
Veeam
Barracuda
Data Domain
Security solutions:
Endpoint protection
Email security
Access management
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Solid experience in complex technical implementations
Experience in enterprise environments
Desired Certifications:
MCSE/MCSA or current Microsoft certifications
Azure Administrator Associate
Other relevant infrastructure/systems certifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong technical and operational autonomy
