Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Analyst. Reporting to the Supervisor of Supplier Performance, this role will work with the Supply Chain Team (Suppliers, Planning Team and Commodity Management) to achieve efficient supplier performance and to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Analyze timely performance, quality ratings, participation in DPI programs, and days on hand in the Supply Chain
  • Work with suppliers to resolve delivery issues
  • Help with the coordination of new supplier set-up
  • Assists in the Supplier Transition process
  • Collaborate in the right sizing of MOQs and Lot Sizes
  • Work with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Place purchase orders for production parts

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • College degree and/or 5 years of confirmed experience
  • The ability to learn new skills and apply those skills to tackle problems
  • Able to handle time and stay focused on the most critical tasks
  • The ability to drive tasks/projects through to completion
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, both oral, written
  • The ability to recognize a problem and address the problem without direct mentorship
  • MS Office

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • College degree plus 5 years of confirmed experience
  • APICS/CPIM Certification
