✅ Deliver training and second-level support for clients.
? Background in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
? Proven experience with CCaaS platforms.
? Strong skills in API integrations, scripting, and analytics tools.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Bonus: Certifications in CCaaS solutions or experience in international projects.
