Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and driven BI/Data Analyst or Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The role will primarily focus on handling complex data analysis, trend identification, and report generation, playing a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic improvements. This position offers an opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging advanced analytics to interpret large datasets, identify actionable insights, and generate reports to inform senior leadership. You will work closely with leadership teams and technology leaders to enhance data management, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to process optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytical, statistical, and programming techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to provide actionable insights.
• Transform data into appropriate formats for further analysis and reporting.
• Develop and implement new methods for data collection, including building tools for automating data processes.
• Sift through large datasets to extract relevant, actionable intelligence and drive business outcomes.
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to Management and Executives to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify focus areas and drive process improvements.
• Provide ongoing support to technology leaders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data-driven initiatives.
• Explore opportunities for automation, innovation, and process enhancements across business operations.
• Leverage business intelligence tools such as ServiceNow, PowerBI, Tableau, and Celonis to provide insights and improve the associate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (ideally ServiceNow, PowerBI, Tableau, Celonis).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with a focus on interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends, and generating reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data interpretation.
• Experience in data transformation and automation, with the ability to develop custom tools and solutions as needed.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights in large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to generate reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Nice to have – experience with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or similar.
• Experience with additional business intelligence tools or data analysis frameworks.
• Prior experience in a similar industry or business function.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
