Your mission
This role focuses on ensuring the product meets customer needs, regulatory standards, and business objectives while outpacing competitors. You will define customer requirements, plan the product roadmap, Â track progress, calculate ROI, and ensure the team achieves both market and technical milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and activities to maximize business impact and market relevance.
- Business-Driven Decision-Making: Develop business cases, perform ROI analyses, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Steering Readiness Levels: Drive the team to achieve both technical and market readiness, ensuring the product meets regulatory standards and stays ahead of competitors.
- Progress Monitoring: Track milestones and maintain alignment with product goals.
- Market Differentiation: Ensure the product is competitively positioned by addressing customer needs and market trends.
- Customer & Market Insights: Gather and analyze feedback to guide product development and business strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the product adheres to automotive regulations and standards for successful market entry.Â
- Product Lifecycle Management:Â Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for product enhancements, cost optimizations, and expansion into new markets or applications.
- Cross-disciplinary teams: Collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams consisting of designers, product marketers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to drive innovative solutions and impactful outcomes.
