Job description

This is a remote position.

Dengun Agency is seeking a skilled WordPress developer with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript and CSS and fluent in English and Portuguese. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

Requirements

As a WordPress Developer of the Agency, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our WordPress websites, working closely with our design, marketing, and project management teams, and ensuring high-performance and user-friendly interfaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites.
Collaborate with the other team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress
Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL
Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks

Nice to have:

Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress plugins
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Familiarity with Git and version control
Experience with web performance optimization techniques
