Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and application design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mendix applications.
Design user interfaces that provide an optimal user experience.
Implement and maintain Mendix modules and reusable components.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Ensure high application performance through optimization and troubleshooting.
Manage version control and code repository using tools like Git.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Create and execute unit and integration tests to validate application functionality.
Document application functionality and technical specifications for future reference.
Stay updated with Mendix platform features and best practices.
Assist in user training and support for deployed applications.
Analyze and improve application performance and security measures.
Facilitate feedback sessions with users to gather insights and drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with Mendix platform development.
Strong understanding of low-code development environments.
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
Proficiency in Java and JavaScript programming.
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with software testing frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Certification in Mendix development is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred.
