We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer. Company is trying to roll out MS dynamics as a project management, resource planning and optimization tool for its growth business. The scope of this project is to drive the requirements gathering, plan and implementation of the solution. The aim of implementing MS Dynamics is to enhance resource management for growth projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards in Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
• Perform data migration, system integration, final testing, and present documented results for approval.
• Advise project teams by ensuring accurate records and data entry in Dynamics 365.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing bi-weekly status reports.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers on resource planning and utilization.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create user manuals.
• Troubleshoot system issues and direct them to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for approval and implementation.
• Apply and monitor best practices in project operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Organize and host monthly online meetings to present project status, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to key stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 development and project operations (including configuration and customization of entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards);
• Proficiency in English language at a B2+/C1 level;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong presentation and documentation skills to prepare user manuals and facilitate meetings;
• Experience in conducting user training and troubleshooting sessions;
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform - knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for enhancing and analyzing Dynamics 365 solutions;
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization using tools like JavaScript, Plugins, or C#;
• Ability to monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps or Jira for task tracking and project management;
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize business processes.
