Overview of Our Interview Process

Application Submission: Prior Sourcing, the recruiter will provide an Interview Guide that aligns qualifications and requirements with the provided job description (JD).

Initial Interview: Recruiter conducts initial interviews based on the interview guide and assesses candidates’ qualifications.

Shortlist Submission: Recruiter submits a maximum of 3 qualified candidates’ portfolios to proceed with internal HR review.

Final Interview: Candidates meet with the Hiring Manager or CEO for final evaluation.

Offer Discussion: Discuss the job offer and invite successful candidates to the pre-onboarding process.

Pre-Onboarding: Conduct background and reference checks before initiating onboarding.
