We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Payments Officer.

Job Description

As a Chief Payments Officer you will be a strategic leader responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the company's proprietary payment ecosystem. This role demands a blend of visionary leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to establish a robust billing infrastructure, ensure seamless financial operations, and align with regulatory compliance in global markets.

  • Define and execute the payment strategy
  • Set up and manage the internal billing operations
  • Build partnerships with external service providers to ensure the payment system's success
  • Develop a roadmap for creating a scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment system tailored for iGaming transactions
  • Lead and mentor a team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment solutions into our products and services
  • Drive the adoption of new payment technologies and methodologies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement a cryptocurrency payment and settlement strategy to cater to a global customer base
  • Create processes to ensure existence and management backup of payment methods and providers
  • Build strong business relationships with all the external partners: to improve internal work in areas of managing traffic methods, balances, and expenses
  • Cooperate with the finance department for optimal use of balances & timely settlements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the payments industry
  • In-depth understanding of payment systems architecture, gateways, and APIs
  • Experience with implementing fraud prevention and risk management tools
  • Hands-on experience in integrating cryptocurrency solutions
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Proven track record of scaling payment or fintech solutions globally
  • Familiarity with iGaming-specific regulations and global payment compliance frameworks - as a significant plus
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
