The Opportunity

(The final job title will be Product Usability & Learning Expert EpiCX Solution Enabling Services)


 

The EpiCX Product Usability Expert role will be hosted in the Global Customer Experience Team within Roche Services & Solutions, working on a day to day basis with the Marketing Technologies (MarTech) Partner Success Team to help enhance adoption and usability of the EpiCX platform globally across Roche. The Marketing Technologies (MarTech) Partner Success Team is an agile team operating in the Enabling Services layer of the EpiCX Solution as well as providing change, communications and learning support across the broader MarTech portfolio. 

  • Continuously identify opportunities and strategies to enhance product usability and capabilities within affiliates by collaborating with Solution Owners, SME Support (L1.5), and affiliate partners (EpiCX Partners; Business Solution Leads).

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Learning Strategy and resources to ensure continuous improvement of the capability building approach.

  • Manage the design, preparation, delivery, and needs assessment of learning curricula, collaborating with stakeholders for seamless resource delivery.

  • Ensure the creation, accuracy, and consistency of all learning content, aligning it with communication campaigns, change strategies, and other engagement activities.

  • Maintain or identify alternative and complementary learning strategies, incorporating adult learning theories and determining the best delivery modalities (e.g., microlearning, live events, e-learning).

  • Develop and organize eLearning curricula and content in various formats (visual guides, presentations, videos) that are easy to understand and relevant to the audience's needs.

  • Incorporate change management practices (ADKAR, Lewis models) to ensure effective knowledge transfer, audience engagement, and adoption of new information.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in dynamic environments, proactively anticipating needs and providing recommendations.

  • Expertise in business partnering, consulting to determine client needs, and building effective relationships, with a solid understanding of emerging technologies and technical jargon.

  • Proficient in using Cornerstone (LMS), eLearning tools (Articulate 360), video production software (Synthesia), Google Suite, and graphic design software, with experience in Agile methodologies and change management practices.
