About The Opportunity

DMI, LLCis seeking a Program Manager to join us.

Duties And Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation

  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs. This includes defining project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including federal agency representatives, contractors, and vendors, to gather requirements and expectations.
  • Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated financial resources.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience WITH ACTIVE SECRET.
  • Experience in IT sustainment operations.
  • Experience in leading medium to large IT modernization projects (public sector government experience preferred).
  • Experience in business process analysis and change management.
  • Project Management certification
